Playsafe Adventurers is a mobile soft play rental business that brings safe, fun, and engaging play experiences directly to your location. We provide age-appropriate soft play setups for toddlers (10 months - 4 years old), perfect for birthday parties, playdates, and special events.

Booking is easy! Simply follow these steps:

• Browse our Packages – Choose the play package that best fits your event.
• Select Add-Ons (Optional) – Customize your experience with fun extras.
• Submit a Booking Request – Complete the booking form on our website.
• Pay Deposit – A 50% deposit is required to secure your date.
• Final Payment Due – The remaining balance is due 72 hours before the event.

We currently serve Wayne County. If your event is outside our service area, additional travel fees may apply.

We take safety and cleanliness seriously! All equipment is sanitized before and after every event using child-safe disinfectants. Supervision is required at all times – parents/guardians must monitor play. Soft play is for ages 10 months - 4 years only (no older kids allowed for safety).

If your event is outdoors and rain is forecasted, you must have an indoor backup location or reschedule. We allow one free reschedule due to weather. Deposits are non-refundable, but we will work with you to find a new date.

Cancellations more than 7 days before the event: Deposit can be transferred to a new date. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event: No refund will be issued. Rescheduling: One free reschedule is allowed if notified at least 48 hours before the event.

Our standard rental packages are self-monitored, meaning parents/guardians are responsible for supervision. However, we offer a Play Attendant add-on for an additional fee if you'd like an extra set of hands to help monitor the play area.

For safety and cleanliness:

Socks are required (no shoes or bare feet on the play equipment).

Comfortable, non-restrictive clothing is recommended.

No face paint, food, drinks, or sharp objects near the play area.

Each package includes a combination of:

Soft mats & foam climbing blocks

Ball pits & slides

Sensory play elements & tunnels

Customizable add-ons (themed décor, balloon garlands, etc.)

Setup takes 30-45 minutes before your event starts. Breakdown takes about 30 minutes after your event ends. Please make sure the setup area is clear and ready before our arrival to avoid delays. Late breakdown due to event delays may result in an additional fee.
